QUESTION: I have just joined the Online Affiliate program. What is my link to promote? I don't understand. Any help or advice you can give me will be appreciated.

ANSWER: When you join the Online Affiliate Program your link to promote, username and password and also the support centre are emailed to you within 10 minutes of signing up to the Online Affiliate Program to the email address that you entered. If you haven't received the email with the subject line 'Welcome (your name)' in your inbox, check your junk mail box as well. Also make sure 21st Century Academy email address is in your contact list so it will not get blocked by your spam/virus protection email. If you are concerned that your spam/virus protection may be blocking certain emails then please use another email address if you have one.  If after all this, you still cannot find the Welcome Letter to the Online Affiliate Program then please email me on affiliatesupposrt@21stca.com.au and I will be more than happy to send you that email again.

QUESTION: What is a domain name and why and how do you recommend getting one?

ANSWER: A domain name is a web site address. The reason you would do this is instead of promoting your long default affiliate link, you could register http://www.21stcenturyacademy.com for example or any name you prefer (if it's not taken). Once you have a domain name registered you can divert your domain name to entering your affiliate link in domain diversion section. This then means you promote your domain name http://www.21stcenturyacademy.com and when people click on it, it goes to your default affiliate link and the person visiting your site is then tracked as one of your leads. QUESTION: How do I know if I have made a sale?

ANSWER: You will receive an email to notify you that have made a sale. You can also check your sales and how many people have clicked onto your link by logging into the Affiliate Login and clicking on the "Custom Reports" tab. You will have the option to select a Commissions summary, sales summary and/or Impressions, Clicks and Lead Summary.

QUESTION: When do I get paid and how much?

ANSWER: You get paid $600 per person that enrols into the 21st Century Academy Homestudy Course. You will get paid 60 to 90 days after the refund period. Cheques are issued the 15th and 30th of each month or deposited into your bank account if you provide us with details.

QUESTION: I've received an email saying that I've made a sale of $0. What does that mean?

ANSWER: Please note there are no commissions when someone orders the Free DVD.

ANSWER: Please note there are no commissions when someone orders the Free DVD. A $0 sale indicates a client has requested a free DVD via your unique link.  You may not always receive this email notification, however the request will be recorded in your sales report.
